This client wanted to remove the existing front foyer/mudroom from their home as it was inappropriately sized and awkward and unusable. The new addition created a foyer and a comfortable study. The approach influenced the idea to angle the interior wall thus "torquing" the roof along that angled wall creating a very interesting, sculptural front entry.
